The College of Psychiatrists of Ireland joined with Reach Out to host a live Q&A on #AskPsych with Consultant Psychiatrists
For 2 hours (between 7pm and 9pm) consultant psychiatrists Dr Gerry McCarney (Child and Adolescent and Addiction Psychiatry) and Dr Helen Keeley (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and ReachOut Ireland’s head of clinical guidance) took over the @ReachOutIRL account to engage with people about mental health recovery and their questions about psychiatry.
To get involved, users simply tweeted their questions including the hashtag #AskPsych.
