The Balint Society: Balint Educational Day

While originating as work with General Practitioners Balint groups have evolved and are multi-disciplinary within and outside of the health care setting.

This educational day will be relevant to the Balint novice, Balint group members, those on the Balint Leadership Accreditation pathway and Accredited Balint leaders.

An opportunity to reduce burnout through attention to emotional Intelligence and development of psychological self-defence. Group work within a safe and confidential space will facilitate exploration of the complex relationships experienced through work.
