2 x 6 month posts available in ADMiRE, ADHD specialist service in Linn Dara CAMHS (Cherry Orchard Hospital), from January-July 2024.

Set up in 2018, ADMiRE is the HSE’s first ADHD specialist service for children and adolescents in Ireland. The service has won a number of awards, was recommended in the Maskey report, welcomed in the recent MHC interim report, and there is national interest in the clinical care pathway we have developed. The two NCHD posts in ADMiRE are excellent as they offer in depth clinical training in ADHD, a disorder experienced by one-third of children in CAMHS, as well as extensive opportunities for research (https://www.tcd.ie/medicine/psychiatry/research/adhd/research/), teaching and service development. Trainees have provided excellent feedback about their time with us in ADMiRE, and have benefitted significantly in terms of their CVs!
Due to unforeseen circumstances there are two NCHD posts available in January 2024 (for 6 months). There is an approved HST post and an approved Clinical Lecturer / Fellowship post, but the post would also be suitable for someone due to complete the BST scheme, and can be configured to meet your needs!
